1. All items sold are in relatively good condition, 75%-95%. If they are not, I will state so and the price will generally reflect it too. However, I guess different people have different views on how good or bad the condition is. If you expect the items in excellent condition, maybe you might want to ask more qn before getting anything to avoid any disappointment later. However, while you do it, there is a possiblity that the item would be sold to other buyer.
2. Majority of the items sold here are from 2000 to 2006. Photos are all official, straight from the concert halls, theatres, shops or FC (in the past, they sold some photos at the FC -mainly offshots from photo taking/drama shooting etc) unless otherwise stated. Note: Johnnys' official shop photos before 2007 which I am selling are on Kodak film papers and would not have the "Johnnys&Asso" mark on the back of the photos. They are not reprints.
3. All prices are in SGD, in which shipping,envelope/box and handling costs are not included.
4. Except for meet-ups or collection from a shop at Serangoon Central Bus Interchange, payment in SGD is expected by Paypal (personal transaction preferred) for overseas buyer and bank transfer for local buyer. Buyer will have to bear the additional fees charged by Paypal.
5. For meet-ups, only orchard/bugis/AMK/bishan mrt on weekends around noon time (11am to 2pm) and it depends on my schedule. Pls state venue and date preference when leaving comments on intention of purchase.
6. For collection at the shop at Serangoon Central Bus Interchange, it is any time from Mon to Sat, 2 to 6pm (excluding public holiday). But you have to let me know the estimated date and timing 1 day in advance so that I could pass the item to the shop before hand.
7. I will keep the item on hold for 1 week. Late payment without prior notice is considered giving up the items you wish to purchase. For big amount purchase, I would expect some sort of deposit to be placed upfront if you are not able to complete the transaction within the week.
8. All sales are final. No returns/ refunds/ exchanges.
9. Items are shipped from Singapore after payment is received. I will not be liable for lost/damaged items once they are shipped.
10. All comments are screened for privacy, so feel free to leave your personal email a/c.
